'READY TO POP' BABY SHOWER Pre-Packaged "Home Party" Celebration Package is designed for 24 People (including mom-to-be). Additional guest can be added to this package (up to 60 Total). If you will have more than 24 people or less than 24 people, contact us for a customized quote.
Event Details:
On the day-of your event, a Marcella Miller Events & Designs Coordinator and 1 to 8 Assistant(s) will arrive 1 to 5-hours before the event to set-up/decorate, then stay to oversee the entire event to make sure everything runs smoothly. You will have 4-hours of celebration time (up to 6 Hours Total). It is important for the event to begin and end at the scheduled time. 1 and a 1/2-hour of organized games/activities, a 1/2-hour for refreshments, 1 and a 1/2-hour of open celebration (free) time, and a 1/2-hour for gift-opening time. We will lead an organized, fun and exciting event activities in and/or outside the home for the mother-to-be and her guest (with the exception of the open celebration time). After the event, we will assist with clean-up, tear/break-down to restore the home back to its original state (1 to 2-Hours).
Additional Services/Add-On’s Available:
Cupcakes, Candy Buffet, Personalized Centerpieces, Card and/or Favor Boxes, Kids "Treat & Activity" Packs, Guestbook with Pen, Backdrop for Cake and/or Head Table, Guest Welcome/Sign-In Table (set-up and décor), Head Table (set-up and décor), Kids Table (set-up and décor), Games and Activities with Prizes, Photo Booth, Photographer, Videographer, Tent Set-Up, Security, etc.

We suggest you book at least 1 to 2 months prior to date required to ensure a complete and successful execution of your event.

Booking and Payment Terms and Conditions
We will reserve the date agreed upon and will not make reservations with another client for the same date. For this reason, the retainer fee is non-refundable.
If you need to re-schedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will gladly work with you to book another available date.

In-Home Meet & Greet Consultation: An introductory meeting to get to know one another and discuss the Baby Shower. We will discuss the layout where your event will be held/set-up. You will provide us with your event guest invite list or submit it at your earliest convenience.
The $50 Consultation Fee is due on the day-of consult.
If you decide to Book, your $50 consultation fee will be waived.
We will agree on your event date and time. We will sign the contract and you will pay the 25% deposit.

To keep our prices reasonable, our "Ready To Pop" Baby Shower Pre-Packaged "Home Party" Celebration Package fee does not include the food. Catering is available for a separate fee or you can self-cater the event.
