What truly makes weddings unique and stunningly beautiful is The Design, The Décor and The Theme. We can assist you in creating a beautifully dressed venue according to your wedding vision, theme, style and colors and make it come to life. 


Here are just some of the tasks we can accomplish as your wedding design and décor planner. Includes but not limited to the following: 

Tablescapes, floral, centerpieces, lighting, linen, décor rentals, table shapes, and sizes, etc. We will assist you in the planning of your wedding design and décor, and on the day-of your wedding we will oversee design and décor production/set-up, deliveries, and return to oversee clean-up and restore.


Our 'Visually Stunning' Wedding Design & Décor Planning Package 

is designed for up to 150 People (including bride and groom). If you will have more than 150 people or less than 150 people, contact us for a customized quote.

For intensive wedding design and set-up, more staff may be required for events over 150 people.


Wedding and Per-Wedding Events in Need of Professional Design & Décor Planning: 

Engagement Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, Bridal Showers, Weddings, Anniversary Parties, Etc.

  • Monthly 1-Hour Revision Planning and Guidance Meetings (Video calls available if required)
  • Unlimited Communication via Phone and Email
  • Up to 10-Hours of Onsite Management with Coordinator and 1 to 8 Assistant(s) on the Day-Of Your Wedding to Oversee Décor Production/Set-Up, Deliveries, Set Up (up to 6-Hours) and Return to Oversee Clean-Up and Restore (up to 4-Hours)
  • Use of Our “Prepared for Anything” Event Day Emergency Kit for the Unexpected


Design vendors/service provider's recommendations, scheduling and management, décor budget development assistance and tracking, custom décor and décor planning, cost analysis & ordering of décor items, décor rental assistance, décor focal point assistance, tablescapes suggestions, linen suggestions, china, glassware, flatware suggestions, table shape, size and chair suggestions, lighting suggestions, floral suggestions, signage & printing/paper product suggestions, seating style/arrangement, backdrops, props, tent suggestions, venue site visit, vendor/service providers visit, meet vendors/service provider's at the site for their deliveries and set up, décor timeline management, distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors/service provider's on your wedding day, oversee wedding design set-up & clean-up.

is designed for up to 75 People (including guest(s)-of-honor). If you will have more than 75 people or less than 75 people, contact us for a customized quote.


The coordination of your event design and décor and our attention to the details is important. 

We would like to give your event design and décor the attention it deserves.

We suggest you book at least 2 to 3 months prior to date required to ensure a complete and successful execution of your event design.
