The coordination of your event and our attention to the details is important.

  • 1-Hour Comprehensive Event Planning, Preparation and Guidance Consultation (Brainstorming Session)
  • Monthly 1-Hour Revision Planning and Guidance Meetings (Video calls available if required)
  • Unlimited Communication via Phone and Email
  • Up to 10-Hours of Onsite Management with Coordinator and 1 to 8 Assistant(s) on the Day-Of Your Event to Oversee Deliveries, Arrivals, Set Up and Clean Up
  • Use of Our “Prepared for Anything” Event Day Emergency Kit for the Unexpected 


Budget development assistance & tracking, venue recommendations and management, vendor/service provider's recommendations and management, venue site visit, vendor/service providers visit, signage & printing/paper products recommendations and management, guest management & RSVP tracking, invitation assistance (addressing & mailing), bakery, cake designer, confectionary & dessert recommendations and management, catering, beverage & menu assistance, recommendations and management, music & live entertainment recommendations, booking and management, décor and style planning, recommendations and management, favor assistance, timeline creation and management, meet vendors/service provider's at the site for their deliveries and set up, distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors/service provider's on your event day, oversee event set-up & clean-up.
