Don't have time to plan, shop, set-up and decorate for your party on the day-of. Let the experts at Marcella Miller Events & Designs Set-Up & Decorate the party for you! We are professionals that create memorable events for all occasions.
With this package all you need to do is choose your date, time and a theme from our selection (below), you will invite your guest and provide the food and we will take care of the décor & set-up 2 to 5-hours before the start of your party then return to assist with the clean-up to restore the home (party area) back to its original state 1-hour after the party.
Our 'Ready To Party' Theme Set-Up & Décor/Pick-Up & Restore Service Package is designed for 24 people (including guest(s)-of-honor). Additional guests can be added to this package (Up to 60). If you will have more than 24 people or less than 24 people, contact us for a customized quote.
'Ready-To-Party' Theme Package Details:
On the day-of your party, a Marcella Miller Events & Design Coordinator and 1 to 8 Assistant(s) will arrive 1 to 5-hours before the event to set-up/decorate. You will have 4-hours of celebration time (up to 6 Hours Total). It is important for the party to begin and end at the scheduled time. After the party, we will return to assist with clean-up, tear/break-down to restore the home back to its original state (1 to 2-Hours).

Meet & Greet Consultation: An introductory meeting to get to know one another and discuss the Pre-Packaged 'Ready to Party' Theme Package (if necessary). We will discuss the layout where your party will be held/set-up and decorated.
The $50 Consultation Fee is due on the day-of consult.
If you decide to Book, your $50 consultation fee will be waived.
We will agree on your party date and time. We will sign the contract and you will pay the 25% retainer fee.

To keep our prices reasonable, our 'Ready To Party' Theme Set-Up & Décor/Pick-Up & Restore Service Package fee does not include the cake, food or beverages. Catering is available for a separate fee or you can self-cater your event.
