After our Meet & Greet Consultation, we decide to come together to Plan, Decorate and Manage Your Wedding, your $50 consultation fee will move towards your retainer.

We will assist you during your entire wedding planning process. Marcella Miller Events & Designs "Your Vision" Celebration Team will provide you with budget development assistance and tracking, venue recommendations and management, vendor/service provider's recommendations and management, bakery, cake designer, confectionary & desserts recommendations and management, catering, beverage and menu assistance, recommendations and management, music and live entertainment recommendations, booking and management, timeline creation assistance and management, guest invite planning, signage & printing/paper products recommendations and management, invitation addressing and mailing, guest management and RSVP tracking, wedding design workbook, "FAM" trip, venue design/layout assistance, attend vendor/service provider appointments, attend venue walk-throughs, provide complete customized wedding checklist of all your wedding planning tasks, negotiate contracts, assist with wedding décor and style planning and production, provide wedding etiquette advice (as requested), assist with wedding cost saving suggestions, provide wedding planning support and guidance via phone and email. We can also assist with other wedding planning tasks, i.e. attend dress fittings, coordinate transpiration for wedding party, favors assistance, assemble out-of-town guest gift bags/baskets, etc. Either or all can be added to this package. 30-days prior to your wedding, we'll assist in creating your wedding day schedule, wedding itinerary, attend final vendor/service provider's meetings, develop final timeline and checklist of things you need to do before your big day. We will coordinate your wedding ceremony rehearsal. You will have onsite management with a coordinator and two assistants on the day-of your wedding. We will meet vendors/service provider's at the site for deliveries and set up, assist with your wedding ceremony and wedding reception design/layout. We will direct the order of your wedding ceremony and reception. We will manage your cocktail hour, distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors/service provider's and help you tie all your wedding day details together. We will oversee set-up & clean-up of your wedding. We include post-wedding day services that include the return of tuxedos, deliver wedding dress to cleaners for cleaning and preservation and return small rentals.

We recommend that you add additional staff for weddings over 150 people and for intensive décor and set-up, more staff may be required.
