Full Service Event Day Management Package

Features and Services Includes But Not Limited To:

What you get:

  • 1-Hour Comprehensive Event Management Planning, Preparation and Guidance Consultation (Brainstorming Session)
  • Monthly 1-Hour Revision Planning and Guidance Meetings (Video calls available if required)
  • Unlimited Communication via Phone and Email
  • Up to 8-Hours of Onsite Management with Coordinator and 1 to 8 Assistants on the Day-Of Your Event to Oversee Deliveries, Arrivals, Set Up and Clean Up
  • Use of Our “Prepared for Anything” Event Day Emergency Kit for the Unexpected


Venue site visit, meet vendors/service providers at the site for their deliveries and set up, timeline management, take care of any last-minute details that might arise and handle any issues during setup of event, distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors/service providers on event day, oversee event set-up & clean-up.

This Full Service Event Day Management Package 

is designed for up to 75 People (including guest(s)-of-honor). If you will have more than 75 people or less than 75 people, contact us for a customized quote.


The coordination of your event and our attention to the details is important. 

We would like to give your event day the attention it deserves.

We suggest you book at least 2 to 3 months prior to date required to ensure a complete and successful execution of your event.

After our Meet & Greet Consultation, we decide to come together to Manage Your Event Day, your $50 consultation fee will move towards your retainer.

 Marcella Miller Events & Designs Event Day Management Services is for those DIY individuals who is planning their own special event and want support to ensure their vision is carried out on the Day-Of. Clients will be able to take their time in getting ready for their event and not be running around trying to make sure everything is in order for the event. And during the event they will be able to enjoy themselves and not worry about vendors/service providers and other issues. The client only needs us to oversee set-up and tear/break-down and some things in between during the event. We will make sure everything is in its place including vendor/service providers set-up. We will follow the instructions of the client down to their last detail. This will include set-up of the event. Set-up of event items such as sign-in book, favors, etc. We will be your go-to persons; your eyes, ears, and voice the day of your event.

Here are just some of the tasks we can accomplish as your event coordinator for your special occasion. Includes but not limited to the following: 

Oversee set-up and tear/break-down of event, Meet vendors/service providers at the site for their deliveries and set up, Deliver your personal items to the site and setting them up in their proper place, Timeline Management, Take care of any last-minute details that might arise and handle any issues during setup or execution of your event, Distribute Final Payments/Gratuities to vendors/service providers on your event day, And Much More!

11AM to 6PM Tuesday through Thursday. 

No Consultations/Meetings are Schedule on Saturday's & Sunday's.
